Zijn de stoelen en bussen vooraf toegewezen?

Meestal worden de stoelen niet toegewezen. Klanten kiezen een stoel naarmate de pickups vorderen. Om te voorkomen dat de laatste passagiers (gezinnen, groepen) worden opgesplitst, wordt de mensen verzocht om 2 aan 2 te zitten en geen aparte stoelen aan het raam te bezetten, tenzij in een groep van oneven aantallen.

Aan de andere kant hebben sommige van onze excursies een StarService die uw plaatsen samen garandeert, een voorkeur voor het instappen van de bus en een fles water per persoon.

Indien er meer dan één bus is, zal deze een voorgeprogrammeerde route volgen die door het kantoor wordt georganiseerd, dus als u met andere passagiers wilt reizen die een andere opstapplaats hebben, moet u ons dit tijdig laten weten of om dezelfde opstapplaats vragen als de rest van uw vrienden/familie.

In uitzonderlijke gevallen hebben sommige excursies een eigen vervoerssysteem, in welk geval wij u zullen laten weten wanneer u uw reservering maakt en zullen wij u enkele details proberen te geven om onze bussen te identificeren.
